Live in SoPo, ME. Originally from Virginia in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains within minutes of the Shenandoa River, the Appalachian Trail and Luray Caverns where I worked as a tour-guide for seven years. Most of what I will post here is within six hours of my home, but I will also add in things from other areas since I get to travel from time to time. Sorry, I cannot publish directions to certain locations (mostly the caves), but if you inquire I will get you in contact with some people who will be very glad to take you there. Its for your safety and the safety of the site. I also volunteer at the Woodman Institute in Dover, NH currently processing their unidentified rock collection.
